Grand Theft Auto IV has now been out nearly a month and the guides keep coming in. We have two new guides, one is a bit old but has helped me numerous times with a few missions and a new one from GTAGaming.com.
First up is a GameFAQs guide, covering every single mission. Here it is:

Secondly, a new guide from GTAGaming. This new guide helps find those random people you see in GTA IV, meeting all 14 random people nets you 5 points. Check it out:

IGN has just posted a brand new GTA IV Review, spanning a long 7 pages and giving the game a perfect 10/10 in all departments. (including an overall 10/10)
Here's some tidbits from the review:
"The story is Oscar quality. The use of the phone as a gaming portal is
genius. There's really nothing more that could be asked for from GTA IV."
"The level of detail is astounding. Liberty City feels alive and lived
in. While there are some technical issues, the artistic merits push the
score to the max. A true marvel."
"The story will take anywhere from 25-45 hours to complete, depending on
your skill level and attention span. There's plenty more to do once you
finish the story, such as excellent multiplayer."

Games Aktuell is now the third magazine to review Grand Theft Auto IV and another score of 10/10. Here's the details:
* Graphics: 9/10 The gigantic size of the city makes you forget the few graphical imperfections of the game.
* Sound: 10/10 Best GTA soundtrack ever, and probably the most compelling feature in the game.
* Controls: 8/10 Far from perfect but a big step from the previous GTA games.
* Multiplayer: 9/10 Great concept and innovative integration with the single-player mode.
* Gameplay: 10/10 We can't score it 11/10...
* Conclusion GTA4 is by far the best action game ever created. |

Review #2 of GTA IV comes from Official Playstation Magazine (UK). The score is the same, an impressive 10/10, just like OXM UK.
Below are some details from the review, thanks to a member on the GTA Forums and GTA4.net (spoilers below):
- One of the reasons Niko goes to Liberty City is to track down the man who betrayed his old army unit.
- Hidden Packages and Stunt Jumps are back
- Cars no longer catch fire at the slightest provocation.
- "After killing one of Niko's bosses you can ring his number and you hear an answer machine message from his grieving wife"
- "You can blind fire with any weapon except the Sniper Rifle"
- There are several points at which you make life or death decisions between key cast members.
- Comedy clubs feature real comedians.
- "Michelle" is the first girl that Niko hooks up with.
- Dimitiri Rascalov is Mikhail Faustin's right hand man.
- "Other uses of the phone on missions include calling a target to make him come to the window and into Niko's sniper sight."
- There is a museum called the Libertonian museum, which features
dinosaur fossils and exploding vases. Environments such as these have
been created specifically for shootouts, so there's plenty of cover.
