IGN has up an 11-page in-depth look "at the story, the creation of Niko, and the monumental task of creating the most realistic city ever seen in a video game."

They talked to the VP of Creative - Dan Houster and the Rockstar North Art Director - Aaron Garbut. The feature is actually split into two pieces, todays article is all about the story in GTA IV and the character of Niko, on Monday they'll talk about the gameplay, new stuff and improvements.
